Responsibilities

• Provide quality technical support for merchant and shopper-facing systems.
• Automate pipelines and deployments to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with SDE2s to build robust analytics solutions.
• Debug exceptions and error codes, and write optimized database queries.
• Work with REST APIs and AWS services such as S3, Cloudwatch, API Gateway, and Health Metrics.
