Role Purpose Statement:

To maintain all crude oil tankers unloading/loading activity, tank gauging, plant transfer, and all related activities.

Main Accountabilities:

• Responsible for crude oil tanker unloading/loading.
• Maintain oil transfer records on a daily basis.
• Perform accurate tank gauging daily.
• Capability to load oil tankers and perform rework operations.
• Prepare IE blends and batches as required.
• Account for crude, semi-finished, refined oil, and by-products.
• Handle chemicals efficiently and safely.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 100% uploading volume
• 100% food safety compliance
• Safety norms adherence – No LTI

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of tanker loading/unloading.
• Organizational safety protocols.
• Basic food safety standards.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, PM, and DCS/SCADA operations.

Education/Experience:

ITI/Diploma preferable with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Key Skills:

• Loading storage tanks.
• Oil transfer management.
