Job Description - Manager - Cabin Crew Wellbeing
As a Manager - Cabin Crew Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a motivated, cohesive, and high-performing team of cabin crew members. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between cabin crew members and management, ensuring that operational goals align with crew engagement strategies, retention programs, and wellness initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Engagement Coordination: Develop and execute tailored initiatives to enhance crew morale, leveraging insights from crew feedback surveys and performance evaluations.
- Communication and Facilitation: Facilitate regular forums and focus groups to foster a culture of trust, inclusivity, and transparency among crew members.
- Administrative and Operational Support: Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, planning, and admin teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement activities.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree).
Preferred Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in cabin crew operations, engagement, or related fields. Proven leadership experience within the aviation industry. Previous experience in conflict resolution, training and development, or performance management is highly desirable.
